This 8″ pie shell is perfectly made to fit a pie tin so you can have a crust that actually fits your pie tin. This pie shell is 8 1/2″ across by 1 3/8″ deep and fits a 1″ pie pan.. It is considered a medium pie shell. I have made this from real pie dough so it looks and has the texture of a real crust!!!. Picture shows the actual wax piece. My mold is a one piece mold, not two.
